So last week was a right off, so much for a Tuesday morning return to the regime! More like a week Tuesday, but now that I'm back on track I'm feeling really good. Exercise hasn't been that great this week, I've been to the gym once and would like to start walking in the morning, now that the weather has finally turned nice.
My binge caused me to go up over 160 pounds again, which irritates me every time I get on the scale. 160 is a big hurdle for me to get over and will be my focus in the next week.

Let's focus on getting back on track for your next coaching call! You can do it, you've done it before. I believe you can get back under 160 lbs.
